He is Chartered Accountant from India and a Diploma Holder in IFRS from ACCA UK. He is a finance veteran with over 25 years experience in large corporate. At StartUp Movers, he is managing the clientele based in Bangalore and Chennai by looking after the continuous interactions with the existing and potential entrepreneurs and adding more to the list.
He is a Company Secretary and a First Class commerce graduate. He holds vast experience in corporate law matters and also holds NCFM diploma in Financial Market & Corporate Governance. As a Secretarial Consultant at StartUp Movers, he looks after the Secretarial and legal compliances of the entities to abide by the laws and regulations framed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He is a first-attempt CA and certified DISA professional, has over 15 years of experience specializing in startups. Having advised 500+ founders, he excels in building financial frameworks, compliance, and legal strategies. His vast experience, and with his category of one in understanding of investors and founders mindset and language, makes him a trusted partner for ecosystem enablers and a key contributor to the growth of India's startup ecosystem.
Shailja is MBA in project management from University of Wales, Institute Cardiff, UK. She got qualified in the year 2009. She has worked as a Holistic Development Trainer in different B.tech and MBA colleges. She has worked on Six Sigma Projects. She has taken many motivational and communication skill sessions for various institutes. At present, she is working as Project Manager in Start-up Movers. Apart from it she has started her own clothing venture.
He is a First Class commerce graduate from Delhi University and has also earned a diploma in Business Accounting from The Institute of Computer Accountants. With over 8 years of experience in accounts and administration, he has his skills in managing financial operations, streamlining administrative processes, and delivering accurate and efficient accounting solutions.
A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in indirect taxation, goods and services tax, customs, foreign trade policy, and special economic zones. He provides end-to-end solutions to businesses in the areas of Audit, Accounting, Direct Taxation, GST and Customs. At Startup Movers, he is working closely with startups in order to assist them with indirect tax matters.
A Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in business consulting, virtual CFO, internal audits, and strategic advisory, Sarthak Goyal leads the business advisory and business development functions at Startup Movers. He specializes in optimizing processes, enhancing governance, and driving sustainable growth for organizations.
Chartered Accountant with 15 years of rich experience in Corporate finance, budgetary controls, managing financials and treasury management of startups. She has her expertise in improving internal controls and processes to ensure that business is running effectively and as per the best practice.
A Chartered Accountant and ISB alumna with 16+ years of experience in strategy, finance, and compliance. She has worked with PwC, Upaya Social Ventures, Zomato Feeding India and Microsoft driving growth, portfolio management, and financial strategy.
